Vintage film inspired Family Session

Jo, Jim and Zelda were such a picturesque family. Their style is all about those classic vintage pieces that never date, and it made for a really cinematic look on this family shoot. It was very cold this morning, so I made sure to keep them moving the whole time to keep warm and I love the energy it’s brought to their gallery!

Letting the child lead the session is at the core of my family shoots, their imaginations are constantly ticking away on the next thing to do and Zelda had plenty of energy to spare, even after hiking up a decent climb up on Arthur’s Seat! It was a shoot that was really creatively nourishing for me & I hope you enjoy the highlights from this touching session as much as I do.
